A 'listening excercise '....really? They don't know the problems...oh yes they've only just come into power....25 years ago.

Drakeford, Gething, Morgan back to Drakeford. It doesn't matter what order they came in. A revolving door of incompents. They don't know what to do. questions to ask, what possible solutions might work, where to begin. People are waiting in pain, dying with no end in sight except, sadly, desperately, their own. The NHS in Wales today and for the foreseeable future. But keep at them, Will.

Excellent article onthe NHS in Wales. After being in power for 25 years they are doing a listening excercise! NHS, education performance and cost of living - what else are they listening for? They could learn from good practice in some parts of England in health and education but they dont - anywhere is worth looking at but not England!

They dont take responsibility, they blame health boards and Westminster and Ministers rarely do proper interviews , they just do sound bites on PR trips.

Its a sad reflection on 25 years of devolution.

Another very well researched and presented newsletter. Can I ask please, don't use the F word. Your journalism stands out and, in my opinion, swearing just weakens an argument. Keep up the great work.

One of the most depressing things in the story is the comment from Morgan that they wanted to spend time on a listening exercise, as if they didn't know what people think anyway- Wales desperately needs some fresh thinking but all we are getting from our tired, timid politicians (on the NHS and on everything else) is the same old, same old - it's no wonder there is such cynicism about our politics and such lack of faith in the ability of our politicians to bring about meaningful change. No surprise so many people in Wales's own Red Wall seats are voting Reform.

Voting reform won’t provide the answer that’s certain! They would further privatise an already infected NHS.
